J-Boxes are made from a sturdy and water resistant twin plastic board that never looses shape when wet and can hold moisture.

The J-Box will hold the weight of 120KG, which makes it ideal for loading onto pallets to transport around the globe.

The J-Boxes can be cleaned using an approved cleaning and sterilising agent and then reused to stack and transport more products. Using this material will cut costs for the primary producers by as much as 80%, passing on to the consumer considerable savings at the supermarket.

The dark environment of the J-Box makes the produce 'hibernate' during transport. This helps prolong their shelf-life and makes the fruit and vegetables arrive fresher than before to their destination.

Unique folding and locking mechanism
The J-Box has a unique folding and locking mechanism (see pictures) that allow the containers to be shipped to the grower in a flat (unfolded) condition, this cuts the costs even further for the growers and after they have been used to ship product to market the containers can be unfolded and shipped back to the grower without taking up much room.
